RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Policy
Essina offers a 30-day return window from the delivery date for all home & living products. The return period starts when your order is delivered to you.
Return Conditions for Home Decor Items
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- All original tags and labels must be attached
Restocking Fees
- Returns due to manufacturing defects, damaged items, or incorrect items sent: No restocking fee
- Returns due to change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or other non-defect reasons: 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
How to Return Your Order
To initiate a return, contact Essina at info@essina.com.my or +60 12 2201 688 with your order number and reason for return. For damaged or defective home decor items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for faster resolution. We will provide return instructions and determine if any restocking fees apply.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by Essina. In such cases, Essina will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Product Exchanges
We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of home & living products subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange requests must meet the same return conditions.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Items must pass inspection to qualify for refund. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund to your account.
