Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • All duties and import taxes are included in your order — no surprise charges at delivery.

United Kingdom, Europe & Rest of World

  • Fast Shipping products: Arrives in 7–21 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Arrives in 10–18 business days
  • Import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high-demand periods (e.g. holidays). Essina is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

International Shipping & Import Duties

We ship internationally to most countries. For US customers, all duties and import taxes are included in your order total — what you see at checkout is what you pay, with no surprise fees upon delivery.

For all other international orders, import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Delivery
